How To Increase Your Ability

To Learn Quickly And Abolish Test Anxiety

hypnosis for learning MP3 downloadIf you are someone who is endeavoring to improve your grades, there are a list of shortcuts that will help you to improve your capacity to focus your attention, memorize the information that you study, and recollect it during a test without being subjected to mental blocks or a test phobia. Here are the best ways that I know to establish good learning habits:

(1). Set up an environment for study and only study in that place! Find a silent location that will be conducive to a focusing of attention without distractions. Some usual examples would be a library, a vacant classroom, or your office. You will want to establish the routine of studying when you are in this special place. So it is best to not use your special place for other activities like daydreaming, socializing, or playing games, etc.

Be Sure Your Special Place Has

(a) A comfortable seat, but not too comfy

(b) Your writing desk or table

(c) Good lighting

(d) Proper ventilation

Be Sure Your Special Place Doesn't Have:

(a) Views of other activities that will distract you

(b) A phone

(c) Distracting music

(d) A large screen TV

(e) A companion who talks too much

(f) A refrigerator filled with distractions

(2). Split your study periods into small, short-range components.

(a) Set up small highly specific goals like, "I'm going to study my English from 3 PM to 4 PM. Or else you will only set yourself up to fall short.

(b) Set a doable study goal for the amount of time you are able to set aside. For example: finish reading chapter ten in my math text book, or complete a final version of my chemistry paper, etc. Set your goals at the time that you are ready to sit down and study, just before you begin. Set reasonable goals. You may possibly do more than reach your goal, but set a reasonable goal even if it seems much too easy.

(3). Test Anxiety & Phobias

(a) Some students experience physical symptoms for the most part, like nausea, feeling hot or cold, headaches, or faintness, etc.

(b) Other students experience mostly emotional symptoms, like feeling irritable, crying, or getting frustrated quickly.

(c) The main dilemma with anxiety is that it can trigger you to have a memory block. Or it could make one have thoughts that are racing out of control.

(d) Currently experience some level of anxiety while taking an exam, you can learn to significantly diminish that anxiety, or even completely eliminate it!

(e) Anxiety and the resultant stress are frequently the main causes of a lack of the ability to focus your concentration. Stress can also cause a mental block when you try to remember information.

(f) Hypnosis CD's can be utilized to relax your mind and focus your concentration. As your mind calms down, your ability to stay focused will increase. Similarly, a calm mind enhances your ability to retain information, and recall it when it is needed.

(g) NLP CD's can also be used to program your mind for the positive expectation of tranquility and the ability to recall information during a test. This is effective at diminishing or eliminating test anxiety.

(h) There are a number of NLP techniques that can quickly eliminate a test phobia!
